Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bedroom 3: With single bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for open fire included. Travel cot and highchair. Telephone – for incoming and emergency calls only. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture, barbecue and playhouse. Private parking for 1 car; garage for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. At the end of a group of carefully designed cottages, set back from the road in a conservation area. The garden offers peace and seclusion, with a high degree of privacy, and open rural views. The fine sandy beach at Holme is only a few minutes’ drive. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Norfolk Lavender and bird reserves all close by. Excellent golf, fishing, riding and walking locally. Village shop opposite and celebrated country pub 100 yards.
