This comfortable, semi-detached cottage with a woodburner, is ideally situated nearby beaches, attractions, and for exploring the northern Highlands.. Ground Floor: Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, combie microwave/oven/grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden room. Bedroom 1: With twin beds. Bedroom 2: With single bed. Bathroom 1: With shower over bath, and toilet. First Floor: Living room: With wood burner, TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed. Bedroom 4: With single bed. Bathroom 2: With bath and toilet.. Electric central heating and electricity (£25 per week November-March), bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Telephone - incoming calls only. Large landscaped garden with decked sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps and sloping banks in the garden, and an unfenced mill stream 5 yards away.. Set amidst Easter Ross countryside with views towards the water of Nigg Bay, this comfortable, well appointed, semi-detached holiday cottage is ideally situated for touring the northern Highlands. Within walking distance of an RSPB reserve. Golf, fishing and boat trips are close by. Beaches, and historical or archaeological sites make this a super destination. Shops 4½ miles and pubs 3 miles. Can be booked with 19986 (which has adjoining garden) to sleep up to 12 guests.
