Waters Edge Apartment is a quiet haven providing a comfortable rural retreat with a view down the village stream to Wensleydale. In 2018 the apartment was awarded a ’Zero Waste to Landfill’ certificate by Yorwaste Ltd. The owners are proud to be reducing its carbon footprint by using Green Electricity with electric radiators and a smart meter, all waste is now recycled meaning none is sent to landfill and you can even have milk delivered in glass bottles! West Burton is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and has a large green and excellent walks in all directions and there is fishing nearby.
