Kitchen area: With gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric heaters, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Decking area with garden furniture. Garden (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced loch within 50 yards.. Sitting in this private lodge park within the Loch Lomond and Trossach National Park, and with only a short stroll to the loch side, this lodge is in an idyllic location. With stunning views over Loch Lomond and backed by the spectacular Ben Lomond, this location is perfect for enjoying all the amenities of the area. For the more energetic, there are plenty of marked walks around the loch and within the area. The West Highland Way running 92 miles from Milgavie to Fort William passes close by at the loch side. There are opportunities for water sports in the area along with horse riding and mountain biking, and you can ’bag a Munro’ too. There are great days out close by with Balloch Castle and Country Park, 12miles, and Loch Lomond Shores, the principal gateway to Scotland’s first National Park. It is a spectacular visitor destination combining a great loch side location with a mixture of leisure and shopping experiences. A short drive will take you to Stirling with its spectacular castle, Inverary with a good selection of tourist shops, or the city of Glasgow with its historic buildings, many restaurants and wide selection of designer shops. Or just relax by the loch on the decking of your lodge and take a walk to the local hotel for a meal and drink. Shops 11 miles, restaurant and pub 150 yards.
