Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds (for flexible sleeping arrangments). Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Telephone - for UK calls only. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps to the patio and a fenced mine shaft/house in the owner’s grounds. Maximum occupancy 2 adults. Sorry, no children under 18 years.. Penzance, with its long promenade, outdoor lido, marina, shops and restaurants, is also nearby. The area is ideal for walking, bird watching, sailing and general water sports, fishing and golf.
