First Floor: Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king size bed, beamed ceiling and leather settee to relax and enjoy the views towards the Pennine Hills, with en-suite shower, WC and wash basin.. Ullswater, the Northern Lakes and the Eden Valley are all easily accessible and the village benefits from a pub serving bar meals. These two characterful barn conversations (Lilac Barn property number 118168) have an interconnecting door and may be let separately or together for up to 6 people and situated in the village of Newton Reigny the Lilacs was originally a farm and the 2 cottages were the Byre and adjoining barn. More recently it was the home to Simon Bull, a well known Cumbrian artist and Lilac Studio was where he did his painting.
