Dating from 1657, the Rossie Estate is home to magnificent trees and beautiful gardens which are open under Scotland’s Garden Scheme. Perth, 7 miles, offers cultural diversions; golf at Gleneagles is just 15 minutes and St Andrews 1 hour. Explore the beaches and villages of east coast Fife or head for a day in the Highlands.
