Rear yard. On road parking. No smoking.. Situated close to both the harbour and the town centre, the property overlooks the harbour village in this popular, family friendly seaside town of Amble. The Lobster Pot is a comfortable base to explore all that Amble has to offer. This lovely terraced house is almost opposite the highly acclaimed ice cream parlour, and close to the now regenerated harbour, with a small seafood restaurant and pod style shops. The Sunday market is popular with both the locals and visitors. From the harbour you can take a puffin boat trip over to Coquet Island to see the RSPB bird sanctuary. The village of Warkworth, with its hillside castle, selection of cafes and pubs and a couple of bespoke small shops, should not be missed. For the enthusiastic walkers, there is a 2 mile walk around the local area. A few miles further down the road will take you to Alnwick, with the Dukes castle, featured in Downton Abbey, and used as part of Hogwarts in Harry Potter. The Duchess’ water gardens with spectacular grand cascade, and the worlds largest treehouse restaurant are well worth a visit. Amble is set on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and Heritage coastline with miles of golden beaches and unspoilt land, as well as plenty of cycle and footpaths. The property is ideally located for exploring the whole of this friendly county, with everything you need already on your doorstep.
