Llawryglyn is a well kept rural community neatly positioned at the head of the wooded valley of the River Trannon, between the villages of Trefeglwys and Staylittle, and close to the market town of Llanidloes, where a host of individual shops, bars and restaurants will cater for your needs. Fishing is available locally. The area as a whole is great for walkers and cyclists, and visitor attractions nearby include museums, Gregynog Hall, Clywedog Dam and sailing, Powys Castle and the Montgomeryshire Canal. The central position of the property makes it very quick and easy to get into north Wales and visit the west Wales/Cambrian coastline including Aberystwyth, Barmouth and Aberdovey, and in the opposite direction the Shropshire borders and March Towns such as Craven Arms, Clun, Bishops Castle and Ludlow.
