Idyllically situated in an elevated position a short distance from Aboyne, it offers views over the gardens towards the River Dee, where salmon fishing can be arranged. There are extensive grounds with varied birdlife and squirrels which regularly visit. Within walking distance of a pub and restaurant, the house is not far from the village of Aboyne, which has shops and eateries, and in the summer has its own Highland Games – a feature throughout Deeside.
