Nearby the Kintyre Way offers a variety of walking terrain from serious hiking to gentle rambles, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Windsurfers have a choice of beaches, and for the less experienced keen to give it a try, tuition can be booked locally. The neighbouring islands of Gigha, Arran, Islay and Jura make for more great days out and a chance to experience island culture.
