The sunny dining area makes the most of these views and leads out through French doors to a decked area, a fantastic spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a lazy breakfast whilst taking in the sights of the passing boats. A pretty garden area just across a small path has more great views. The property sits at the heart of the delightful North Devon coastal village of Appledore, with its cobbled streets and the bustling quayside. Instow is on the opposite side of the estuary, with its sandy beach, bars and restaurants, and the wide golden sandy beach of Westward Ho!, popular with surfers, is just 2 miles. Bideford, Exmoor, Clovelly and Hartland Quay are close by, and the area is a must for water sports, horse riders, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail which passes close by. Young and old will enjoy crabbing off the quay, plus golf and riding is available locally.
