St Catherine’s Court is a fine Victorian residence which has been converted into holiday apartments. It enjoys a prime position overlooking the estuary. The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is only a 5-minute walk away, and a 10-minute stroll takes you to the town centre in the opposite direction. This second floor apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and there are glimpses of the river from the bedroom, and spectacular views over the river, Polruan and out to sea from the large bay window in the living/dining room. The cosy property is centrally heated and has a particularly homely and friendly atmosphere.
