Bathroom: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. First floor. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with bath, double shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 3: With 2ft 6in twin beds and en-suite toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Welcome pack. Courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a small raised pond in the grounds..
