Visit Bryngarw Park with its stunning scenery, riverside walks and wild flowers in abundance, or for some retail therapy, head over to the Bridgend Designer Outlet, roughly 4 miles away, or Cardiff city centre, with its excellent shopping, museums, theatres, restaurants and nightlife, a 30-minute drive away.
