There is a utility room to the rear of the property and has a tumble dryer, sink and washing machine, you can also store your bikes here. There is also a downstairs separate toilet. The garden is enclosed and has a lovely seating area with private hot tub. The market town of Llanidloes is only 6 miles away and offers sports centre, swimming-pool, tennis and golf.
