Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 32" Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bedroom 3: With bunk bed. Bathroom: With bath and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed tiered garden with raised decked area and garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the tiered garden.. Situated in the Preston area of Paignton, Miranda Road is a detached bungalow sleeping upto eight guests. On entering the property, through the hallway there is a kitchen/dining room and the living room. There are three bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. There is a further snug/living area with a double sofa bed. This room can also be used as a separate play room for the children, or as a bedroom should the sofa bed be in use. Outside, there is parking for four cars, and a good-sized rear lawned garden, which has gravelled and decked areas to suit those coming with children and pets. Local stores and takeaways are within a short walk, so there is no need to travel far for those last minute necessities. Paignton beach is just over a mile away, and there are plenty of parks nearby.
