Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with bath, shower attachment and toilet. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bedroom 3: With single bed. Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs fuel for multi-fuel burner included. Highchair. . Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. Please note: There are 15 steep steps in the garden and an uneven path from the parking area.. With boats and yachts coming and going, this semi-detached cottage enjoys an ever-changing vista. Each room has been lovingly furnished with an open and airy feel throughout, and you can enjoy al fresco dining from the patio with the pleasantness of a sea breeze and stunning views. The cottage has unparalleled views and is literally a just a stones throw from the sea, with its steep steps in the garden and uneven path from the parking area it may not be suitable for the less mobile. This location, on the edge of the charming fishing and sailing village of Dale, is just perfect. There is a pub on the edge of the sea, which serves fantastic food and locally brewed ales and from where you can dine al fresco whilst enjoying further magnificent views. A yacht club, restaurant and a water sports centre are all within the village, too. The beach is just minutes away for an early morning stroll with the family, or for those more active, for a refreshing swim or jog. Locally, the beautiful sandy beach of West Dale is within walking distance, or take a short drive to the stunning beaches of Musslewick and Marloes Sands. Not to be missed for the ultimate wildlife adventure, you can take a boat trip from Martin’s Haven to the islands of Skokholm and Skomer where you will be sure to be amazed by the puffins, manx shearwaters, razorbills, harbour porpoises and Atlantic seals to name a few! Avid walkers can also take a stroll along some of the 186 miles of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park footpath that runs from Amroth in the south, passing through Dale and onto Cardigan in the north - be sure to bring along some binoculars and a camera! The coastal resort of Tenby is surrounded by medieval walls which were built to fortify the town, and these are still in place to this very day, compete with arches into the town leading to the cobbled streets and harbour. Beach 10 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
