Set on a quiet road, the property is just 400 yards from a sandy surfing beach. A 3 mile drive along the scenic coastal route brings you to Bude, a small town with much to offer all year round. Bude has an impressive 18 hole golf course, an indoor swimming pool, shops, restaurants, horse riding, and ten pin bowling. Enjoy leisurely walks along the canal, where you can also fish, birdwatch or enjoy a ride on a rowing boat. There are many opportunities for walking, both along the coast and on nearby Bodmin Moor.
