First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: With twin beds.. Oil central heating (underfloor in shower room), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for wood burner available locally. Highchair. Small enclosed front garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This quintessentially Cornish cottage has original slate floors, a bespoke hand-built farmhouse kitchen and a lovely wood burner in the living room.
