Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With double bed. Bedroom 3: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity and bed linen included. Wi-Fi in leisure centre (at cost). Travel cot and high chair.. Small lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Indoor swimming pool and gym (shared with other properties on-site, at cost). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Carp fishing on-site (at cost, licence required). Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 10 yards away. . Lakeside is the perfect family holiday home for all. This centrally located, detached lodge means you are just a stone’s throw away from all the park facilities, allowing you to sit back and relax on the decking whilst watching the children play on the beach or in the surrounding gardens. The lodge boasts a spacious living room and dining area to enjoy the lake view from the large, comfy settees, or whilst having your dinner. The lodge is located on South Lakeland Leisure Village. The park offers amazing facilities including a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool and gym, beauty spa and Wi-Fi, where facilities can be purchased from the reception for you to enjoy. There is also a fantastic restaurant and bar on the site, just a two minute walk from the lodge. The park offers carp fishing on the lake (licenses required). South Lakeland Leisure Village nestled on the countryside border of the Southern Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, just five minutes’ drive from Junction 35 of the M6. Closer by are the accredited ‘Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ of Silverdale and Arnside, seaside towns, shops and a range of boutique café bars. Lakeside is the perfect base for you to get out and explore the surrounding areas, or if it is just a relaxing holiday, ditching the car and enjoying the park is also a great and easy option! Beach 6½ miles. Shop 1¼ miles, pub and restaurant 220 yards.
