This substantial, iconic, Grade ll* listed, end-terraced Italianate building, which was built in the late 19th century, is now split into sympathetically divided apartments, each with totally unique features. Situated in an unrivalled location, some of the apartments enjoy spectacular views across the historic Plymouth Hoe and Sound, to Drakes Island in the bay and the far distant horizon.
