Oak Meadow is part of the Meadows development in the grounds of Whoop Hall Inn and with views of the Lune Valley to the front and the fells of the Yorkshire Dales to the rear, you are surrounded by stunning scenery! The spacious living area and large picture window are south facing, allowing you to enjoy the evening sun and panoramic views right across the Lune Valley. The patio and gardens, which are well maintained, are great for relaxing. The accommodation is split across two levels with the living area, dining area, well equipped kitchen, bedroom and shower room all on the ground floor. The first floor boasts a beautiful, yet subtle, Indian themed mezzanine master bedroom and separate bathroom, with shower, bath and toilet. On the complex is a wonderful country club with an 18 metre swimming pool, spa bath, steam room, sauna and gym facilities which can be taken advantage of by guests. The Whoop Hall Inn also offers fabulous meals and drinks should you wish to unwind after a long day of exploring the surrounding areas. If you enjoy walking then this is the perfect holiday home for you, with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales, The Three Peaks, Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-Ghent, the Southern Lakes, The Langdales, Windermere and Grizdale Forest and the coast around Morecambe including Arnside, Silverdale and Grange-over-Sands, you are spoiled for choice! These areas are paradise for those who like to put their walking boots on, pick up their rucksack and enjoy a day conquering one of these many walks. The property is close to the stunning market town of Kirkby Lonsdale where there are an abundance of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and traditional inns. A visit to the famous ’Ruskin’s View’ passing by the beautiful Church of St Mary’s, followed by a delightful river walk to ’Devil’s Bridge’ is a lovely bonus to the town’s attractions.
