Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Garden (shared). Private parking for 1 car. Wheelchair access. No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 years old. There are open-tread stairs to a small storage area on the first floor. The property has a natural water supply from a borehole. There is a beck next to the property.. The quaint market town of Sedbergh is just 5 miles away and here you will find several antique shops, a good pub, cafés, a bakery and a supermarket. The property is situated 100 metres from the Yorkshire Dales National Park and near the famous Dales Way walking route, which is popular with walkers and cyclists. The Smithy is a short drive from the centre of Kendal and its amenities, which is one of the Lake District’s most popular market towns. In addition to a wide variety of shops and supermarkets there are many cosy tea rooms, cafés and restaurants. Take a walk by the river or to the castle, visit the museums, art gallery and the Brewery Arts Centre. Shop, pub and restaurant 6 miles.
