Birdie Cottage is a semi-detached bungalow offering a great place for families or friends looking to holiday in Perthshire. The property has three bedrooms, the master of which has a zip-and-link super kingsized bed. The family bathroom is spacious and has a shower over bath. The living room is very spacious and has two large three-seat sofas, it’s the perfect room to relax in after a long day either on the golf course or out exploring the local area. You can gaze out of the window and spot the local bird life and many typically Scottish mammals, like red deer, red squirrels and pine marten. The kitchen/dining room is a great space and is set-up perfectly for guests to rustle up hearty meals after long days out exploring, you’ll find all the modern appliances you will need to cook up a storm. Outside of the property there is a private seating area with garden furniture, and the surrounding 40-acre woodland. Birdie Cottage is also a brilliant place to stay for simply a relaxing holiday and exploring the local area. With the historic centres of Stirling and Perth nearby, as well Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Par, there is so much to see and do to make for an outstanding holiday. Perth Racecourse is well worth a visit on race day and Scone Palace is a popular visitor attraction.
