If wildlife is more your thing, take a trip to Carlton and Oulton Marshes, or go really wild at Africa Alive. Do make time to visit Great Yarmouth which has a host of traditional seaside attractions, including a large funfair. In a similar vein, Pleasurewood Hills theme park is great for young families and thrill seekers alike and makes for a great day out. The popular open-air East Anglia Transport Museum is only 2½ miles away and a great day out.
