The gardens extend to over an acre and offer a great space for children to play. The property is within easy reach of the magnificent North Norfolk coastline for its wealth of sandy beaches, nature and RSPB reserves. The famous Norfolk Broads are within 50 minutes’ drive, with riverside restaurants, cafés, shops, and daily boat hire and river trips available to explore the expanse of waterways abundant with bird and wildlife. The market town of East Dereham is close by and has a weekly street market, shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool and golf course. Gressenhall Museum of Norfolk life offers an interesting day out, while Thetford Forrest Park, an hour’s drive away, boasts miles of walking and cycle trails to explore, ’Go-Ape’ adventure playground and assault course.
