Freeth Cottage is a charming period cottage set in a peaceful setting on the owner’s farm and is the ideal location to get away from it all and relax for a short break, but is also perfectly located for a longer stay too. The charming accommodation is stylish and welcoming with a wonderful kitchen diner, the perfect space to relax with a drink whilst cooking. The cosy living room with wood burner is the perfect space to retire after a busy day or to relax with a good book. The accommodation is complemented by two bedrooms and a bathroom to the first floor. When the weather is fair the pretty garden is the perfect spot for some al fresco dining or simply a quiet spot to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. You may wish to simply relax and enjoy the cottage and its immediate surroundings, but a day drip out to Bath is well worth it, with its historic architecture including the iconic Royal Crescent and Thermae Bath Spa with its rooftop swimming pool. For a more spiritual day out the ancient stone circle of Avebury is well worth a trip, a pretty village with village inn overlooking the stone circle is a great way to while away a few hours. If it’s a sporting break, the the PGA course at Bowood is the place to head with a great spa and restaurant too, its sure to please everyone.
