To the rear there is a gravelled garden area with far reaching rural views. The location is ideal for keen cyclists and those who love country walks. The nearest beach is just 3 miles away to the north and another two beaches within 5 miles, one at St. Ives and the other at Penzance which has all the amenities any guest would need, including a lovely sandy beach, outdoor pool and promenade, as well as local shops, pubs and supermarkets.
