It is the perfect choice for multi-generational families looking for an idyllic retreat in the country. For less mobile guests, the property is wheelchair accessible and there is a ground flooor bedroom with en-suite facilities, designed for wheelchair access and disabled showering. Also the owner lives next door and is on hand should you need advice or assistance during your stay. Just beyond your fabulous abode you will find Tenbury Wells, situated on the banks of the River Teme and marking the border between Worcestershire, Shropshire and Herefordshire, and is known for its Georgian architecture. It offers a cinema (one of the few left with Italian POW paintings on its walls), traditional pubs serving food, Indian and Chinese restaurants, as well as takeaways and cafés. You will find a great selection of independent shops with everything from ironmongers to greengrocers, and everything in between. Picturesque walks and cycling routes surround, why not make a day of it and choose one of the modest routes. Pack up a picnic, roll out the blanket upon the banks of the River Teme, and settle down for a hearty lunch and refreshing beverage. Within easy driving distance are the cathedral cities of Hereford and Worcester, the Georgian town of Ludlow, and Tenbury Wells with it numerous amenities. Golf and riding, Wyre Forest, Elgar Route, Severn Valley Railway and National Trust properties nearby. Shops within 2½ miles.
