No smoking.. This charming and characteristic self-catering accommodation is located in Worthing, West Sussex and is in a quiet residential area. Rose Cottage is a self-contained annexe attached to the owner’s property and has been completed to the highest standards. The annexe has its own front door and benefits from convenient off-road parking directly in front of the property. Rose Cottage accommodation consists of a living room, a good size double bedroom, and separate bathroom. The open plan living room contains a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave, small oven with hotplates above, a separate toaster and a fridge with a separate freezer compartment. There is also a Freeview TV with built in DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The property is fitted with its own electric heating system, and additional heating can be provided, if required. Guests can also enjoy sitting in their own private patio found through doors in the bedroom, which is discreetly integrated within the owner’s pretty garden. Whilst the property is in a quiet residential area, it is only a 10-minute drive away from Worthing town centre and the sea front, and has a plethora of local shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The main arterial routes through the town (A24 and A27) can be reached by car within 2-3 minutes, making it an ideal location from which to explore the town and surrounding area. Rose Cottage is particularly suitable for couples looking to enjoy a short seaside break. Worthing has plenty of attractions like the pier which was the thirteenth to be built in England at a cost of £6,500 by the Worthing Pier Company. The beach is also very local, as is the Connaught Theatre and Cinema and the Worthing museum and art gallery. With Brighton just along the coast Eastwards and Bognor Westwards, you are right in the middle of everything.
