A beautifully extended old estate cottage dating back to 1890’s, refurbished in 2021, in the pretty village of North Dalton, high up on the Yorkshire Wolds, midway between the market towns of Pocklington and Driffield. Set in the middle of the village overlooking the bowling green and rolling hills beyond, this pretty cottage is ideally placed for those wishing to explore the unspoilt Yorkshire Wolds and the east coast. The original steep cottage stairs take you up to the first and second floors where you will find three beautifully presented bedrooms offering a mixture of twin and double accommodation. North Dalton is a paradise for walkers and cyclists alike with easy access to The Wolds Way and a host of public footpaths and cycle routes. For the less enthusiastic Malton and Pocklington offer a great shopping experience with a plethora of independent tea rooms, restaurants and bars. The east coast towns of Hornsea and Bridlington are also a short drive away. The stately homes of Burton Agnes Hall, Burton Constable and Sledmere House are also well worth exploring during your time here. A truly beautiful cottage for your East Riding holiday.
