Situated just 50-yards from the seafront and the sandy beach, this lovely cottage is ideal for a seaside family holiday. Mablethorpe is a traditional family holiday resort with sandy beaches and many colourful beach huts along the promenade. There is plenty to see and do for all the family from the fairground, amusements, donkey rides on the beach in the summer and the boating lake which is just behind Resthaven. Another big attraction is Queens Park and is just a minutes walk from the property. You can catch the bus from nearby to take you along the coast for days out at Sutton on Sea or further on to Fantasy Island, Butlins or Skegness. There are lovely walks along the seafront from Mablethorpe all the way to Sandilands, with many brightly painted beach huts along the way with cafés for refreshments and ice creams to enjoy on your travels. Resthaven is situated over 2 floors, on the ground floor is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Up onto the first floor there are 2 good sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and the benefit of a dressing/small bedroom from the double bedroom which is ideal for a travel cot. Beach 50 yards.
