Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed. Shower room: With walk-in shower and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and broadband included. Welcome pack. Public car park, free of charge. Please note: Sorry no children under 16 years old.. This must be the quintessential seaside stay in an amazing, Victorian, direct sea view apartment. The interior is beautifully put together to ensure you feel like a king and queen when you stay. As you walk through the front door you are greeted by a pair of enormous front box sash windows which give you direct sea views. The living room is a huge space with an open fire place, with is ideal for those snug winter evenings after messing around in Brighton. The bedroom next to the living room has a deep, iron roll-top bath at the end of the bed which is simply stunning. The kitchen and dining room are found at the back of the apartment, and if you go up the stairs you will find another bedroom and a bathroom. Located in the heart of city you are just a short walk from literally everything so there is no need for a car if you are coming by train. Should you choose to drive down then drop your cases off and drive down the coast to the marina for around 5 minutes and park for free, and walk back in under 20 minutes. From the front windows you can see the famous Palace Pier which opened in 1899 and home to fairground rides, bars, restaurants and deckchairs to enjoy the sea view. If shopping is what you have come to Brighton for then you can find the designer boutique shops of The Lanes. Brighton is a very cosmopolitan city, and with so many restaurants and eateries to choose from you quite literally have the world on your doorstep. Kemptown is a 2-minute walk and this is an energetic and vibrant part of the city which has been long associated with LGBT culture. Kemptown centres on lively St. James’s Street, where rainbow flags adorn many of the bars, clubs and cafés. Side streets flanked by Regency-style houses lead down to the seafront. Classic vinyl, vintage fashion and antiques draw shoppers to quirky boutiques and Brighton Flea Market. The Marlborough Pub and Theatre runs an eclectic programme of LGBT-focused drama and cabaret. The Sea Life Centre is also a 5-minute walk from the property and this is an aquarium attraction that opened as Brighton Aquarium in 1872. It is the oldest operating aquarium in the world. There is so much to do in Brighton that you won’t get bored, and when the day has finished then Brighton’s nightlife opens with its copious number of bars and clubs.
