Located in a quiet village on the banks of the River Severn, holidaymakers have all they could desire close by, from wonderful resturants, local pubs, award-winning fish and chips and a quaint village shop. Perfect for walkers and lovers of the countryside, the local landscape offers streams swimming with trout, beautiful nature trails including Speech House and plenty of other cultural activities such as the Dean Heritage Centre, Dean Forest Railway and the famous Go Ape ultimate tree top adventures. Venture a little further you will find the Cotswold’s Way rambling paths that snake all the way though the quintessential Cotswold’s villages, where you will find traditional country pubs, chocolate box houses and even the odd ’duck race’ if you arrive on the right day!
