Ground Floor Sitting room: seating for four, TV with Freeview, log burner with starter supply of logs Dining area: table and seating for four Kitchen: gas oven, gas hob, larder fridge with freezer box, dishwasher Utility room: fridge/freezer, washing machine, breakfast bar/workspace Downstairs WC. First Floor Master Bedroom: (sleeps 2), King-size bed Bedroom 2: (sleeps 2), double bed Bathroom: shower and a bath with shower overhead. Outside The garden is enclosed and to the front of the property. There is a table and 4 chairs. There is a small courtyard at the back to store a pushbike. One private parking space is available and other street parking can be used around the village.. Truffles Cottage enjoys a wonderful location tucked away in a sleepy little village. Perfectly located in the heart of the Cotswolds you will find numerous country walks on your doorstep and a proper Cotswold country pub serving home-cooked food and fine ales opposite the cottage to reward yourself at the end of a day exploring. The cottage benefits from delightful village and rural views all around and the pretty garden makes for a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or for the kids to play and run about. The cottage retains some of the original features including exposed stonework, period fireplace and stone mullioned windows. The first floor provides two good sized bedrooms and a well finished family bathroom. Take a journey out of the village and you will soon discover that all the major attractions and sights of the Cotswolds are all close by.
