Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Arriving in the courtyard of this former farm building, you’ll know your break away has begun as you notice the view over the countryside over the garden. Entering the property up a small step, through a welcoming porch with space and a rack for those muddy boots, the ‘wow factor’ hits you straight away! The open plan living/dining room/kitchen and the wood burner, with that lovely view – yep, it’s definitely time to relax! On opening the French doors you will find yourself on a private decking area, with a barbecue and dining furniture and the hot tub is four steps away! Upstairs is where both bedrooms and the bathroom are found. Those lucky enough to have the master bedroom will enjoy an even better view, as well as an en-suite shower room and plenty of room to hang up clothes in a large wardrobe.
