Living area: With electric fire and 43" Freeview Smart TV. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: With double bed, 27" Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: With double bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. LPG central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Verandah with garden furniture. 2-acre natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are ponds in the grounds, 650 yards away.. Situated on the very popular Bridlington Links Golf Course, this detached lodge is in a quiet corner of the grounds. The lodge is light and spacious with a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area. The property has the benefit of an en-suite shower room in one of the bedroom and a family bathroom. The links is a fantastic 18-hole golf course situated on the cliff tops between Bridlington and Flamborough Head and within walking distance of the village of Sewerby. To the rear of the golf course is this splendid lodge complex where guests return year after year to enjoy a peaceful holiday or play some golf. From the lodge you can walk through a wooded path to Sewerby Hall, a wonderful Georgian stately home with stunning gardens and a great café. From Sewerby Hall you can catch the land train down to Bridlington or you can walk along the cliff tops and enjoy the fresh sea air. The east coast has lots of hidden gems and some wonderful walks along this particular coastline. Danes Dyke, a nature reserve renowned for its wildlife and wonderful woodland walks, stretches for over 4km across the Flamborough headland towards Bempton Cliffs, home to the the RSPB bird sanctuary. This is where birdwatchers visit from all over the world to see the wonderful array of migrating seabirds, especially the very comical puffins. Bridlington is a large seaside resort with fantastic beaches, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Further north you have the resorts of Filey and Scarborough as well as the wonderful North York Moors National Park. The medieval city of York is less than an hours drive away. York is voted every year as one of the top ten cities to visit in the UK. Do try and visit during your stay as you will not be disappointed. There’s some wonderful museums such as the railway museum and the Jorvik Viking Museum, as well as plenty of theatres, shops, street entertainers and independent cafés and tapas bars. Beach 1½ miles.
