Open plan living space. Living area: With electric wood burner and Freesat TV. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and broadband included. Welcome pack.. Garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden. There is an unfenced river near the property, 300 yards away. . Buttercup Bothy is a delightful log cabin on the banks of the River Devon, on Snowplough Meadow in the picturesque village of Glendevon. Surrounded by beautiful scenery in a quiet, private location, it is the perfect countryside location for walking, cycling, golf or just to relax and unwind! Ideal for couples or a small family, to explore the local area and beyond. The open plan living space with electric wood burner is a lovely area to relax with comfortable seating, kitchen area and dining table. There are two well-presented bedrooms, a twin and a double, and a shower room. The front of the lodge has a private decked area, just the spot for morning coffee and al fresco dining and offers fabulous views over the river to the hills. Set in 2 acres of grounds, Snowplough Meadow shared with the 9 other lodges on site, this is a great family friendly location. The local hotel is just 500 yards away for meals out and local ales. The village of Dollar is only 7 miles away with the ancient Castle Campbell, riverside walks and offers a good selection of quality place to eat, coffee shop, local hotel and local shops. The Japanese Garden just outside of Dollar is open during the summer months and is worth a visit. Just 10 minutes’ drive takes you to the championship golf resort at Gleneagles and with over 20 local courses in the area this is the ideal location for a golfing holiday. For days out, there are visitor attractions and places of interest to visit; the historic city of Stirling with its magnificent castle, shopping centre and several visitor attractions only a 30-minute drive away, whisky distilleries including the oldest working distillery in Scotland, Glenturret, nearby. Blairdrummond Safari Park and Auchingarrich Wild Life Centre makes a family friendly day out.
