The property is ideal for groups of friends or couples who want to experience all the delights of Edinburgh while enjoying a stay in a fully modernised urban base, designed for good times! Refurbished to the highest of standards with a number of bespoke design features, The Citadel is situated within a historic Georgian building in Leith’s commercial area. The property features a massive open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge area, ideal for socialising and entertaining. With its double height ceiling, this space comes with the highest specification of furnishings, fixtures and Neff kitchen appliances with tasteful art and design touches throughout. The property’s two large bedrooms provide a further unique experience for guests. The first features a bespoke design, dual level pod bed which sleeps 4 people with its two kingsized chambers creating a self-contained ‘room within a room’ environment for guests. The second bedroom is equally delightful featuring an imported, extended ‘emperor’ bed. As well as being generously-sized, the bedrooms are both beautifully decorated with inspiring furniture, fixtures and fittings. The Citadel also comes with two modern shower rooms, both of which have been newly refurbished to an exceptional standard with luxury fittings. There is also free parking available in the street just outside the property. The property is less than 1.5 miles from Edinburgh city centre with easy accessibility via public transport, taxi or on foot. The Leith area, where it’s situated, also offers a wide range of great restaurants including 2 awarded with Michelen Stars, bars and shops as well as parks, green spaces and cycle paths.
