Penvorder is a delightful 3 bedroom family holiday home, close to the slipway at Caffa Mill. The property offers good quality accommodation and is only a 5 minute walk into the town centre, the shops, pubs, restaurants and quays. Sleeps: 6 Bedrooms: 3 Beds: 1 x Kingsize (5'), 2 x twin (3') Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels provided - Please bring your own beach towels. Accessibility: House set across three levels with 15 steps leading up to the entrance area. Kitchen & Utilities: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer. Nearest beach: 1.2 miles. Nearest amenities: 0.5 miles. Outdoors: A small courtyard to the rear with outdoor seating and storage space. Parking: There is no private parking at the property, but the nearest public car park is by the Bodinnick Ferry at Caffa Mill – PL23 1DF just a very short walk along the street. Weekly car parking tickets can be purchased using JustPark. It is possible to offload outside the property, but please be aware the streets are narrow and can be busy. Family facilities: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Pets: No Pets General: Gas CH, electricity included. Important notes: No smoking, WiFi provided.
