This light and bright family home is within walking distance of the beach, which is ideal for sailing and swimming, and the centre of Whitstable, famous for its oysters which are celebrated every July at the Oyster Festival and a fantastic place for those who enjoy eating out and sampling the local food. Why not take a bike ride along the seafront, follow the Crab and Winkle Way or ride along the coast to Herne Bay. Nearby is the city of Canterbury, which is home to the country s oldest cathedral and perfect for some retail therapy or a trip to the theatre. Those thrill seekers among you will enjoy a trip to the recently restored Dreamland theme park in Margate and for a sophisticated day out why not enjoy a spot of lunch overlooking the Harbour in Ramsgate. A spacious entrance hall welcomes you into this house and guides you through to the lounge/diner. With two comfy sofas, armchairs and a Smart TV, this is a stylish and cosy room for enjoying a good film after a busy day. The dining area has a large dining table with dining chairs to ensure there is room for everyone and the kitchen beyond has been designed with keen cooks in mind and presents a stunning light and airy space in which to entertain. An island with bar stools is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or chatting whilst dinner is prepared and here you will find an electric hob and double electric ovens, fridge /freezer, microwave, wine chiller and dishwasher.
