The Timbers is a very well -maintained and presented detached bungalow. This attractive property enjoys a welcoming and homely ambience with all the accommodation being conveniently on one level. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, The Timbers is suitable for families and couples who enjoy extra space. There is a fully enclosed garden to the rear of the property giving a great environment for pets and children at play. Embleton is a friendly village which has a local shop, garage and pubs serving food. A short walk brings you to a wide sweep of golden sands which was awarded ‘Beach of the Year’ in 2017 BBC Countryfile Magazine Awards. The coastal village of Beadnell is only 7 miles north and is popular with watersports enthusiasts. Windsurfing, sea kayaking and scuba diving are often enjoyed here. An extra couple of miles up the coastline is Seahouses; a great stop for fish and chips as well as many other eateries. Boat trips to the nearby Farne Islands depart regularly from the harbour. Heading a little further north brings you to Bamburgh, famous for its majestic castle. A short drive inland is the market town of Alnwick, where there is a wide array of shops and restaurants.
