The property is located just over a mile outside of the Tenby town walls. There are good access links into the town centre by car, on foot, or during peak season via the Tenby park and ride. Tenby is a bustling seaside resort and is a firm favourite with holidaymakers all year round. The town centre has an array of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy and there are four beaches to take your pick from North, South, Castle and Harbour Beach are all covered in golden sand and provide plenty of space to explore. Take a sightseeing or fishing trip from Tenby's famous harbour, or during the warmer months head out to Caldey Island and explore the beautiful beach and monastery. As you enter the property, newly refurbished for 2021, you are invited into a warm, welcoming hallway with space for shoes and to hang your coats. Just off the hallway is the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The modern kitchen area is equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and all the other basic necessities you need to rustle up a tasty meal or a quick breakfast on the go. There is a dining table separating the kitchen from the lounge space perfect to enjoy a meal together as a family or sit with your morning coffee to plan your day. The lounge has two sofas and a smart TV allowing you to get cosy in the evening and stream your favourite movies and television programmes. Just off the lounge there is a conservatory sunroom with seating provided to enjoy the space with a book or just to unwind at the end of a busy day exploring. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate WC. Upstairs onto the first floor, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and built in wardrobes providing plenty of storage space for your clothes and belongings. The second bedroom has a double bed and a separate single bed allowing up to three guests to stay in this room. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Just across the landing is the contemporary family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and WC. Externally, there is a good sized enclosed patio garden with outdoor seating to make the most of the space and enjoy dining al fresco. The property also benefits from a garage providing lockable storage for bikes, water sport and beach equipment. There is off road parking provided for one car and some additional on street parking, subject to availability.
