Perfectly situated for exploring Devon, you will be only 12 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter, with an array of shops, bars, restaurants, and a pretty quayside to discover. The market town of Honiton is 9 miles away with independent shops and cafes. The town is renowned for its world famous lace which is on display in the local museum. Alternatively, travel 10 miles to explore the Jurassic Coast, and visit the seaside resorts of Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, and Seaton. Foodies are well catered for with the Greendale Farm Shop 7.5 miles away, and Otterton Mill and Darts Farm within 12 miles, all selling local produce. Other attractions and places of interest include Escot Park, 4 miles, National Trust Killerton House, 8 miles, and Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, 10 miles Step inside this stunning shepherd s hut and into the cosy and welcoming living area. This beautiful open plan space offers somewhere to relax, dine and sleep, and boasts the fabulous feature of a warming wood burner. The compact yet perfectly appointed contemporary kitchen area has a Belfast sink, electric oven and two ring electric hob, and also a fridge with an ice compartment. This enables guests to make the most of local produce that can be sourced in the numerous farm shops nearby, plus the inclusion of a set of French doors leading to outside means that you can dine alfresco with ease during warm weather. The final area is the cosy sleeping space and with its cosy double bed plus ingenious bespoke storage in the shape of under bed drawers and over bed hanging. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with a shower and WC, perfect for a relaxing soak after a busy day out. Venturing outside there is a patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ located directly outside the hut. On the lawn to the side is a lovely fire pit area with seating and here you can cosy up and watch the stars on clear nights. Private off road parking for one car is provided. Need to know: 1 double bed. 1 shower room with shower and WC. Electric oven and two ring electric hob, and fridge with an ice compartment. Regret no Wi Fi, although good 4G signal. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Charcoal BBQ. Private off road parking for 1 car. Beach 10 miles, pub and village shop within walking distance. Private water supply.
