You are welcomed to the property by a small porch way which is ideal for leaving coats and shoes before entering the kitchen/diner which is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday, so pick who the dedicated chef will be and cook up a storm to enjoy round the dining table. Moving through the property, there is a stylish sitting room with a corner sofa as you enjoy an evening in front of the television. A quirky spiral staircase leads to a lower-ground-floor bedroom, with a white bricked wall, a double sofa bed and en-suite with a WC. Climbing back up the stairs and up again to the first floor, there is a further two double bedrooms, one which boasts an en-suite shower room so guests can get ready in style, and finally, a bunk room. Outside there is an enclosed garden to the rear with furniture so you can take your dining al fresco, as well as bike storage and nearby you can find a public car park. The market town of Richmond is home to a castle which boasts views over the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the picturesque River Swale Waterfalls, the historical Friary Tower and gardens, as well as a golf club, plenty of shops, bars, eateries and interesting museums. Richmond is just a few minutes away from the Yorkshire Dales where you can find over 680 square miles of scenery, charming villages, The Forbidden Corner attraction, the 13th century Bolton Castle with a falconry, and much more. In the opposite direction, you can head into the large market town of Darlington which will keep you entertained all day with ample shops, bars and eateries, the interesting Head of Steam Darlington Railway Museum and Tees Cottage - A Heritage Water Pumping Station built in 1849, as well as scenic parks, gardens and nature reserves.
