The property set in an unrivalled location in the ever popular town of Bude which offers so much for you to do, enjoy the beaches at Crooklets and Summerleeze, famed for great surfing and sheltered bays. The town with its variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs and independent shops is a short walk away. Also, close by are the surf schools, 18 hole golf course and bike, kayak, and canoe hire. A short drive away, and well worth a visit, are the fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac, to name but a few. From the entrance lobby, the stairs lead you up to this first floor apartment where you will find the lounge/diner with Smart TV, comfy seating and views across the golf course and over the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, two zone induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Leading off the lounge area is the king size bedroom with TV and en suite shower room and WC. Relax on the shared outside terrace to the front of the property where you can watch the world go by or enjoy a meal in the restaurant within this apartment block. There is a shared downstairs shower, perfect to use when coming in from the beach and for the furry friends there is a dog bath/shower and grooming area. The off road parking to the front of the property is limited and on a first come first serve basis, alternatively, there is street parking (subject to availability) or pay and display in the beach car park very close by. Need to know: 1 bedroom king size. 1 en suite bathroom room with shower over and WC. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in a shared utility room. Smart TV in the lounge and TV in bedroom. Towels not included. Shared outside terrace to the front of the property.
