From the communal hallway, the flat is reached by stairs to the second floor and has its own hallway leading to the light and spacious open plan living room. There is a double bedroom and bathroom on the same floor and stairs lead up to a king-size bedroom and twin bedroom on the third floor, the king-size bedroom boasting an en-suite. The village retains its charm and character, has some interesting shops and is the smallest village to have a full-time cinema. There are plenty of attractions in the immediate area, meaning that you can take a rest from the driver's seat for a few days and explore the region on foot. Take a ride to the charming harbour at Lynmouth on the water-operated cliff railway; the views on the train journey are truly breathtaking. A walk to the spectacular setting of the valley of rocks, which is about a mile walk from Lynton, where you may meet the resident herd of goats, is a must. Enjoy a stroll along the East Lyn River valley from Lynmouth, one of Britain's deepest river gorges, to Watersmeet where there is a NT tea room and visitor centre. This well-located holiday apartment provides a fabulous opportunity to visit coast and moorland combined.
Lynton and its twin Lynmouth are set within the Exmoor National Park in Devon and both offer shops and pubs. Wildlife is in abundance closeby and there are a number of activities including golf, horse riding, walking and surfing available. Attractions in the area include Exmoor Zoo, a cliff railway and the Owl and Halk Centre.
