Whether you enjoy exploring on two feet or two wheels, this home in the gorgeous Eskdale Valle is a wonderful getaway. Stroll or cycle the Eskdale Trail which runs for 8.5 miles and finishes in Ravenglass where you can spy the sea. En route, see if you can spot red squirrels, roe deer and buzzards and enjoy a pitstop at one of the watering holes along the way. If you fancy a game of golf, take to the green at Eskdale Golf Course, a 4 mile trip from home. Hop on a steam train for a family friendly day out and jump off at Boot (less than a mile) where you can tuck into tasty meals before walking home. Step up to the lovely veranda and head inside to settle down. The open plan living space with kitchen/lounge/diner welcomes you to make yourselves at home and is warmed by a roaring wood burner. Enjoy spending time relaxing on one of two sofas with your feet up in front of the TV or sit and admire the lush views through the windows. With an oven, four ring hob, fridge and dishwasher, find all you need in the kitchen. Plate up at the table which comfortably seats six guests. The cabin style continues into the three bedrooms, a double, twin, and adult sized bunk room. Each of the rooms shares the family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Start your day with a coffee on the veranda before wandering the lovely grounds and the pond (take care by the water). Stay entertained with the facilities which are shared with other properties on site. The games room has a table tennis table and the playground is equipped with swings, a slide and a seesaw perfect for children. A handy laundry room has a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, freezer and a payphone.
