Description
A delightful cottage for four in the heart of rural Suffolk. Sleeping up to four guests in two well-appointed bedrooms, Pink Cottage is ideal for family holidays or romantic retreats and up to two four-legged friends are welcome.
The ground floor of the cottage features a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, and a small dining area for two. There is a separate dining room with dining table and chairs for up to four guests and french doors leading out into the garden. The sitting room boasts a wood burning stove and comfy sofas, perfect for getting cosy on those cooler winter nights. There is also a further cloakroom with WC on the ground floor for your convenience. Upstairs you will find two well-appointed and tastefully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 4'6 double bed and the second bedroom has two 3' single beds. Both bedrooms have beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The family bathroom is compact but practical with a shower over the bath making it ideal for hosing down mucky children after a long day of exploring the county.
Children and up to two well-behaved dogs can spend hours playing in the enclosed garden whilst the adults grill some tasty treats on the gas barbecue. Occasionally, you might hear the chickens next door merrily clucking throughout the day. There is a further garden to the side of the property and the cottage benefits from off-road parking.
Pink Cottage's countryside location makes it ideal for exploring the beauty and delights of rural Suffolk, whilst being less than 40 minute's drive from the glorious Suffolk coast. The immediate surrounding area is best enjoyed on foot with an abundance of footpaths and dog walking opportunities.
